DELIVERY

Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday -Friday.

Parcelforce will email you to inform you of a day and time of delivery with a 1hour delivery window.

All deliveries must be signed for. The courier cannot leave packages without a signature.

RETURNS

Unwanted Returns

Should your purchases be unsuitable and you wish to return them to us for a credit or to exchange then the following conditions will apply:

 

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

  • We must be contacted before any return is made. We can organise a courier collection on a day suitable to yourself.

  • All items should be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for restocking/repackaging where applicable.

  • Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be applied.Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by the carrier/courier.

  • Your return should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, your name, address and phone number. To help us, to help you, we would appreciate you enclosing details of why you wish to return the product.

  • If you cancel an order that has not been despatched, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancelled orders that have left our distribution centre may be subject to a carriage/administration charge.

Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive a parcel/delivery from us that contains damaged or incorrect goods or you are missing items you should notify us ASAP within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the collection and replacement. If you are able to email a photograph of any damage this helps to resolve the problem quickly.  Damaged items that have been used will be deemed acceptable by you and will not be considered for replacement.
